Gracious Father, Lord, our Adonai Elohim,
There can be no greater feeling of liberty than to experience freedom from sin and death that you provided for those who, repent, believe, and confess through water Baptism, Jesus Christ as Lord. Because of the sacrifice of Messiah, today our hearts and souls are free to praise you. For this, we are eternally thankful.
As we approach this, America’s Independence Day Father, I am reminded also, of all those who have sacrificed for my freedom; following the example our Savior, your one and only son Yeshua, our Messiah. Let us therefore, not take our freedoms, both physical and spiritual, for granted. As we enjoy and celebrate America’s Independence Day, which both Yeshua and all those who gave their lives that we might enjoy it, would want; may we also take some time to always remember that very high prices were paid for both our soul’s freedom and our earthly freedoms; they cost others their very lives.
Lord, today, we Bless and Praise Yeshua; and ask a blessing on those who have served, and continue to give their lives for our freedoms. Precious Father, in the name of, and for the Glory of Jesus, with favor and bounty, meet the needs of all those who serve and their their families who serve as well; and especially Lord, watch over and comfort the families who gave that ultimate price for freedom, a cost even You Father, are intimately familiar with.
Our Glorious Adonai Elohim, we are so thankful for this nation. For all the sacrifices others have made to build and defend this country, we are grateful. We Thank you and Praise You for the opportunities and freedoms we have in the United States of America, and we ask you Father, in Jesus’ name, to help us spread both the Gospel and those freedoms, worldwide; and helping us never to take these blessings for granted.
Help Us Father, through Yeshua residing within us in the person of the Holy Spirit, to live lives in a way that glorifies you, Father God. Give us the strength and wisdom and guidance by your Holy Spirit to be a blessing in someone’s life today, and grant us the opportunity to lead someone into the true freedom that can be found only in knowing Jesus, our Messiah.
It is that mighty name I pray, Amen…
Bless You Pilgrims, enjoy your “Holy-Day” weekend; I’ll see you tomorrow with another Independence Weekend Holiday Prayer. Shalom, Shalom…
…this is One Pilgrim…I’m out…
